Refunds are available for the amount paid less $20 administration fee by sending an email to rec@westlakesoccer.org before the first game of the season.  No refunds after the season starts (1st scheduled game).

2nd grade & 3rd/4th & 5th-8th graders will play in a 3v3 tournament on October 16th and it is FREE.
The tournament will take place at Burneson Jr. High on Dover Center, behind the softball and stadium field.
No parent coaching permitted.  Only clapping and cheering for all!  The kids will coach themselves.

Here are the starting times:

Boys 3&4th and 5-8 need to arrive at 11:00a to check in. Games will start at 11:30a & end around 2:00p
Girls 3&4th and 5-8 need to arrive at 11:20a to check in. Games will start at 11:50a & end around 2:20p

Boys 2nd grade need to arrive at 2:00p to check in. Games will start at 2:30p & will end around 4:30p
Girls 2nd grade need to arrive at 2:00 to check in. Games will start at 2:30p & will end around 4:30p

Each player will be randomly placed on a team of 5 or 6 players. Each team will play 3 games. The two best records after 3 games will play for the championship. The remaining teams will play a consolation game. Awards will be presented to the winning team. Tee shirts will be given to all participants.

We must start on time, so please do not be late. We need all players to check in so teams can be formed and brackets set for the tournament. We will play 12 min games with 6 min halves and mandatory sub every 3 min. All players must play a minimum of  2 two 3 min segment each game. Every player from each team must sit at least one 3 min segment.  All out of bounds are kick-ins from the point the ball left the field on the side line. All goal kicks will be taken from the end line from the mid point from the goal to the side line. After a goal the ball is brought to center. There is a no touch zone by either team 3 feet in front of the goal, there is no goalie guards or cherry picking in front of the goal this is at the discretion of the official. All penalty kicks are taken 3 passes from the center line. Scoring system for points are 2 points for a win 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss. Tie breakers for the final will be goal differential, goals for, goals against, coin toss.  Referees will over-see all games.   No parent coaching permitted.  Just clap and cheer for everyone.  The kids will coach themselves and the parents can have a relaxing Saturday watching them!
