Fall10/Spring11 Registration is now open until August 28th. New this season: 9th-12th grade Rec Soccer. See below for details. League Registration: $80
Picnic discount: $5 (June 1st - June 10th) Early Registration discount: $10 (June 1st - July 31st) (take both discounts & pay only $65!) Regular Registration: August 1st - August 28th Late Registration fee: $10 (August 29th - Sept 1st) *

How about coaching

-- Head Coaches can choose up to 2 players/parents as assistants -- Team soccer bags with cones, clipboard and pinnies for use during the season. -- Free Footskills for 1st - 8th graders and coaching clinics for coaches. Uniforms? -- Pay for your uniform when you register and pick-up at the dates below.
Uniform Pick-up Dates:
Wednesday Sept 1st: 6:30pm - 7:30 pm @ Rec Center near the playground
Friday Sept 3rd: 6:30pm - 7:30pm @ Rec Center near the playground
FINAL DATE: Friday Sept 10th: 6:00p - 7:30p @ Rec Center near the playground
Pre-k through 4th grade uniforms are $24/set. Extra socks are $3/pr.
5th - 8th grade uniforms are $20/set. Extra socks are $3 pr.

Coaches Clinic Tuesday August 31st Pre-K & Kindergarten Coaches at the Rec Center Pavilion 6:30p-8p Coaches Clinic Thursday September 2nd 1st grade - 8th grade Coaches at Rec Center Pavilion 6:30p-8p In addition to Coaching tips and supports, Coaching shirts and team balls and bags will be passed out. Coaches can attend either session! Rec Photo Day is Sept 18th at the Rec Center in the community room. Teams should gather near the side entrance near the community rooms 10 minutes before their set time. Team times posted under the News & Updates tab at the left.
You will receive roster and schedule information via email from your coach by August 30th.
Fees are as follows for Fall 10/Spring 11 season
9th-12th Grade Co-ed Division:
League Registration: $55

Final team sizes and division rules will depend on number of registrations. Refunds will be made if minimum registrations are not realized.
All registrations are completed on-line.

Refunds are available for the amount paid less $20 administration fee by sending an email to rec@westlakesoccer.org before the first game of the season. No refunds after the season starts (1st scheduled game).
ROSTER HELP:
Roster Information is available through your registration account. (Same account which you used to register your child)
Choose Rec Program Tab and then Rec Registration and information. Once teams are created, click on "view team" after your child's name to see your roster. Coaches, click on "view team" after YOUR name (not your child's name) and you will see all contact information for your players.

Coaches, click on "view team" after YOUR name (not your child's name) and you will see all contact information for your players.
Print a copy of your roster and keep with you at all games and practices as it includes medical information. While viewing your team, click "print roster". Then choose "Coach Roster" to get all player contact and medical details. To email only one player versus your whole team, while viewing your Coach Roster, click on the email address of the player you wish to send an email to and your email server will open to send them an email.
