The WSA is a volunteer based association. There are numerous areas and levels of involvement that we need help with, some are listed below with description of responsibility. Board of Trustee
President: Over sees the Board of Trustees and all aspect of the WSA.
Vic-President: Assist the President and work with High School program to build the soccer community with in Westlake.
Treasure: Maintains all financial reports and makes payment for any expenses.
Secretary: Maintains the minutes for all meetings and produces the quarterly newsletter.
Travel Commissioners: Organizes and directs the travel programs.
Inter-Community Commissioner: Works as a mediator with in the travel programs and maintains the travel by-laws.
Recreation Program Commissioner: Organize and directs the recreation program.
Director of communications: Develop and maintain the WSA web site.
Director of Fields: Coordinate maintenance, set-up, and use of fields.
Director Referees: Train and schedule referees.
Tournament Director: Organize and direct the annual WIST.

Recreation Program Volunteers
Registrar: Coordinate registration activates, manage registration web site, prepare league paper work.
Director of Coaches Rec Program: Develop and implement coach training.
Head Coach: Organize the team practice, games and keep all parents informed.
Assistant Coach: Help organize the team in practices and games.
Uniform Distribution: Help with uniform sales and when need sorting.
Picnic: Help coordinate and work at the annual end of the season family picnic.
Fields: Help to maintain the fields.

TOPSoccer Program
Program Coordinator: Advertise program with in the community, develop practice activities, coordinate volunteer coaches.
Volunteer Coaches: The TOPSoccer Program needs lot of hands on help. We encourage Jr. high and High School soccer players to help in this wonderful activity.

Travel Program
Head Coach: Coordinate all practice and game, inform parents of team activities, collect player documents for registration, coordinate try outs.
Asst. Coach: Help head coach with team activities.
Team Manger: Help head coach with collection of player documents, mange team bank account, collect fees, make payments for team fees, communicate with parents.
