Volunteer

The WSA is a volunteer based association. There are numerous areas and levels of involvement that we need help with, some are listed below with description of responsibility. Please feel free to email me or any member of the board if you have any questions. Board members email address can be found by clicking on the board tab to the right. Board of Trustees

President: Over sees the Board of Trustees and all aspect of the WSA.
Vice-President: Assist the President and work with High School program to build the soccer community with in Westlake.
Treasurer: Maintains all financial reports and makes payment for any expenses.
Registrar: Coordinate registration activates, manage registration web site, prepare league paper work. 
Travel Commissioner: Organizes and directs the boys & girls travel programs.
Recreation Program Commissioner: Organize and directs the recreation program.
Director of Fields: Coordinate maintenance, set-up, and use of fields.
Tournament Director: Organize and direct the annual WIST.


Board Volunteers

Secretary: Maintains the minutes for all meetings and produces the quarterly newsletter.
Inter-Community Commissioner: Works as a mediator with in the travel programs and maintains the travel by-laws.
Director of Web Site: Develop and maintain the WSA web site.
Director of Rec/Development Referees: Train and schedule referees.
Director of Coaches: Develop and implement coach training. 
Director of Scheduling: Coordinates all Travel game scheduling; including referee scheduling.
Uniform Distribution: Help with uniform sales and when need sorting.
Picnic Coordinator: Help coordinate and work at the annual end of the season family picnic.


Travel Program

Head Coach: Coordinate all practice and game, inform parents of team activities, collect player documents for registration, coordinate try outs.
Asst. Coach: Help head coach with team activities.
Team Manger: Help head coach with collection of player documents, mange team bank account, collect fees, make payments for team fees, communicate with parents.
