Strength & Agility Open to WSA Travel Players
Marty Thompson—a certified strength and conditioning specialist with over 22 years of coaching experience—will focus these weekly sessions on building strength and agility so WSA soccer players can better reach their maximum athletic performance in competition.
Players do not need to wear shinguards or bring soccer balls. Wear cleats. Bring water.
These sessions are FREE for all registered WSA travel players U9 through U15. Each session will be held at the Westlake Recreation Center. Please meet at the base of the sledding hill.
